The engine has a recoil start. The engine runs well. Parts of the heat shield lave light surface rust where paint has chipped off. The engine has been in storage for last 20 years.

The foam air cleaner pre cleaner is missing paper element clearer intact and look like new. The engine has some minor scratches and chipped paint. The heat shield for muffler is discolored as was painted and then engine run.
